You are all welcome. I must admit the chips are a rare treat. They are cooked in Sunflower oil as suggested by my OH's doctor. Bearing in mind she did say he would be better off not eating them. But a little of what you fancy and all that.

Looks delicious, I too like a few chips now and then but done
the old fashioned way...in lard....yummy.
