No I NEVER sleep naked. I always wear a full length, 100% cotton nightdress.
There are reasons for this ... and here they are (the order is random and of no significance).
(1) I prefer 100% cotton ... non sweaty.
(2) Without something covering my body, I feel vulnerable.
(3) I once heard an eminent medical bloke on Radio Four expounding the virtues of covering up in bed. It was all to do with microscopic bugs which, if you sleep naked, will feast on your flesh.
He concluded by saying that even wearing something synthetic (nylon) would be better than nothing and would offer a degree of protection.

I am now truly well informed on the perils of sleeping in the nuddy.
However, I am going to carry on sleeping strip bollock naked,
and sod the perils of me Missus feasting on me flesh!
