There are lots of reasons I'm enjoying retirement, but today it has to be because for the first time in my life I can watch any Wimbledon match I want when it is actually being played.
Ania I can remember when you first talked about retirement and how we said you will enjoy it. I am so pleased you have found this to be so.

I have spent my whole life looking after large numbers of people and animals
Now is my time with no one to else to consider.
I love the 'freedom from responsibility ' which comes with retirement , it is proving to be the a wonderful carefree time.

Yes, Meg. The fact that I no longer carry a huge responsibility for others is a real bonus. I didn't realise how onerous it had been at times until I stopped! Now my only responsibility is Bennie...
