Thrapston lake near Kettering.
We went out last night to a restaurant with our 2 boys and their partners. It was a 'tapas' meal which I had never had before but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Today is our boating day on the river Nene and the weather forecast is good......"ahoy me hearties" !

No excitement for me today, just a walk with the dogs and then finish painting the garage door.

Good morning fellow members and a sunny one too
I am going to take advantage of it by doing lots of washing and some jobs in the garden.

It was cold here last night only a couple of degrees above freezing. Looks like autumn is really getting underway already which could mean winter may come early and be long this year.
I hate winter
