Hah, yes Foxy, I suppose some time in the future there migh well be surgeons prepared to do even more extreme work if the price was right.
I remember years ago reading about grafting goats udders to the side of their necks for some sick reason. I bet we don't know the half.

In my life I know of two transgender people , their life story is very painful to listen too . Both were born Male yet they both always always felt female , each lived difficult childhoods as boys to men yet inside they were female and extremely sensitive . No one knows their struggle only them .In later life each had the surgery and became beautiful kind gentle women and still are . I like them they are good decent human beings who always knew they had been born into the wrong body . I would never ever make jokes about them and their physical changes . The operation must be horrendous, the pain horrendous afterwards . Believe me it would not have been done lightly .
I like Caitlen Jenner . I wish her all the best .
