On this subject I must give credit to the person showing folks where to park at the pub where mum had her 90th. Ours was not the only party there that day and it was very busy. My brother parked in the only `disabled` space-chap is up to the car like a shot but having seen her blue badge could not be more helpful. Does your mother need any help sir? and the like.

It has been tightened up too much IMO, I used to have one for times I couldn't walk but it was taken away and now I have to reapply every time I have a set back. Just more time wasted and money wasted IMO so I no longer apply and we just struggle on.Should someone apply as soon as they are injured ? I would be amazed unless they planned it if they would know how to go about it really so it smells a little fishy to me.
