No, I'm far from being a wind up specialist. What I do is try to look into things to the extent that it is possible.
For example the fact that Floyd threw a wobbly when the police tried to get him into the police car is being overlooked but his behaviour is entirely consistent with someone out of his skull on certain drugs and especially meth. That does not detract from the inaproprapriate manner in which Floyd was dealt with but I still do not believe that there was any intent to kill him.

Formal reports not yet, as you say toxicology usually takes time but that is when any possible toxins are unknown and must be sought after.

If the toxin, such as alcohol or common social drugs are suspected then screening can be done in a matter of seconds.

The leaking of the findings of the autopsy even though unofficial have shown that asphyxiation was not the cause of death but police restraint was compounded by heart disease and intoxication which if had been alcohol would have been specifically identified.

The bottom line is the death of Floyd, was it deliberate or not. A secondary question concerns the behaviour of Floyd, especially his violent behaviour in resisting being placed in the police car and what part that played in the admittedly misbehaviour of the attending officers.

No, it's in the video which shows him fighting against being put in the police car.

I have seen that video .
Seeing as he has his hands cuffed behind his back and he is a big man it looks like he he being shoved in roughly .
There is no evidence of him fighting at all .
In fact it could be said if anything they are duffing him over in the car .

Exactly ! Cops are experts at causing pain. This almost always results in the suspect making some movement that could be labeled "resistance".

And all carefully edited. The bottom line remains that while Floyd didn't deserve to die if had fully complied with the instructions given to him by the police he would be alive today.

Then I strongly disagree with him.

Focus should be on suppressing the riots and demonstrations using whatever works.

Then addressing the behaviour of police in certain cities and then imposing a zero tolerance regime on crime especially where it is now endemic.

It's time to restore civilisation to the communities where it has been missing for far too long now.
