Formal reports not yet, as you say toxicology usually takes time but that is when any possible toxins are unknown and must be sought after.
If the toxin, such as alcohol or common social drugs are suspected then screening can be done in a matter of seconds.
The leaking of the findings of the autopsy even though unofficial have shown that asphyxiation was not the cause of death but police restraint was compounded by heart disease and intoxication which if had been alcohol would have been specifically identified.
The bottom line is the death of Floyd, was it deliberate or not. A secondary question concerns the behaviour of Floyd, especially his violent behaviour in resisting being placed in the police car and what part that played in the admittedly misbehaviour of the attending officers.
