I think you are right Nom. Very PC and little mention of Christmas. I do believe that JL is on a downward spiral as far as their stores are concerned.

I do like their ads though.

Didn't like last years at all very degrading of old people, I don't know any old folk who live on the moon .....This year's is very good though, back on track..

I like shopping in John Lewis stores as well....

I love the old fashioned department stores, I don't think they will be around for much longer.

They serve good food and give a long guarantee, we bought a Vax Cordless Vacuum cleaner from them and after a few months it broke down so we took it back, they just gave us another one.

Our neighbour bought one from somewhere else and theirs broke down but had to wait until it was sent away and repaired.

And finally, they just sell some nice stuff Pesta.....
