When do you put your Christmas Tree up?

It looks like we had some snow during the night in the OFF Bannerland above and Azz took the opportunity to decorate the forum Christmas tree.

Has anyone else put their tree up yet?

It will be next week at the Rehab Residence, I shall sit back and watch the grandchildren decorate it...

When my bathroom is done, and every box and bag is back in the cupboard, and my flat is straight again...then I'll put mine up! It's a fibre optic, and I put tinsel around it.

So maybe in a week's time, or just over.

It would generally have been this weekend but I got in early and it's up . It will be down on January 2nd .

With a new kitten in the house, I think we will give it a miss this year

Usually I let the grandkids put ours up as their mummy likes everything 'just so'. I like the just throw it together approach

Suits me to..but what zi dread is the climb into the attic, I have to get kitted out like Bear Grylls..sturdy hiking boots, a bush hat, full body protection and a heavy stick to beat off the spiders ...I am not looking forward to it

Not sure our tree is going up this year as we're going to Spain for Christmas. I'd like to put up a small fibre optic one and a few bits of decs, but its all dependent on hubby going up in the loft to fetch it down.

My son tells me they are hiring one this year , I wasn't aware you could do such a thing
