Brexit 50p coin unveiled

Looks very small but has a pleasant sentiment.

Petty, if true.

Oh dear God, those petty minded remainers. I wonder what they'd do if, all of a sudden, they found they had 20 or 30 of these coins in their purses/pockets. Would they really donate to charity or would they just spend them like any other sane person would?

No I would keep my one and look at it once a day and say Thank God

So would I Galty. I might even go to the expense of getting it framed.

Ditto.

I would have liked one of the earlier ones with the original departure date. Their rarity would make them be worth a few bob.

Good idea about the frame BTW.

With their pettifogging threat of removing them from circulation, I can't see them giving them to charities.

Losers in more ways that one.

A better sentiment would have been that on the Gadsden flag --- " Don't tread on me" showing a timber rattlesnake ready to strike.

Re: Brexit 50p coin unveiled

If I come across one I will hang onto it as a souvenir and I'm sure most others will too for the novelty and maybe it will be worth something one day.

But the nonsense about remainers trying to make a political statement is just that - nonsense. They must have found some really unbalanced people to interview. It's just a coin for goodness sake.
