Ryanair - claim for air fare refund

Ryanair are, predictably, avoiding refunding air fares for cancelled flights and, when asked, seems to be offering credit notes instead.
Here is an extract from Martin's Money Tips explaining the options you can take if you are affected.

alot of air lines are doing this and frankly its disgraceful.

I agree. Anyone likely to lose any money due to this greed should follow the several optional procedures discussed in the web site provided. I certainly would anyway.
