As a younger man I have had the pleasure of several girls of dubious repute from cleethorpes Bread, but I'm not familiar with the 'Bags Ball'......

You could say the same for Brum. It's already a city, getting a makeover in time for the Commonwealth Games, has good road, rail and air links, plenty of top notch luxury apartments (if you believe the EA blurb) along the banks of the canals, plenty of nightlife too.
