Our rubbish is collected every three weeks which is too long tbh. I think fortnightly is acceptable.

Food waste? What's that?

Our bin emptying alternate fortnightly, grey bin for rubbish and green bin for cans and papers etc.

Although our food (and garden) waste is still collected weekly, I'm afraid that the other three bins are not.

If you read the reports in the press of the situation in Birmingham, you'll see that they have a disgustingly unhealthy situation, largely due to striking binmen.
