He's got a point. His mother was relentlessly hounded by the press with tragic consequences. About time they were left alone to get on with their lives.

How mother’s death was in a car crash .

To a certain extent I can have sympathy but they are quick enough to court publicity when it suits them!

Even if they win some press will continue, a nice little earner for the media. Their trip to SA seems to have gone well for them, and the photo's of Archie were cute.

His mother was trying to escape paparazzi in Paris. They were following the car. Her untimely death was an accident, but Harry probably believes that they contributed to it.

I see this Royal Couple are now suing the Mail on Sunday because of past events.
After a splendidly pleasureable jaunt this week to Africa, singing and dancing, they have now turned their backs on that and are dredging up the past. Get over it!
What a phoney and fake couple these two really are.

Agree Muddy, people should remember that tragic though it was, the death of Diane was due to her drunk driver, not the press.
It is a shame though, Harry and Meghan have just had a week of good publicity and then do this? The Press are not going to go out of their way to present them in a good light in future are they?
