Orthopedic pillow

Following my recent problem with a trapped nerve in my neck I've been thinking of getting an orthopedic pillow to see if it helps.

I wondered if anybody uses one and does it help?

I bought one for my hubby carol, he has had neck problems (long story), it did help.
I might buy one for me, just because it seems comfy, and my pillow has gone flat.

Re: Orthopedic pillow

My husband bought me a memory foam half moon pillow bolster for my legs which can also be used for necks. I use it for my legs and couple of times I have lent it to him for his neck and he reckons it works really well. It has added bonus it stops him snoring. It has a washable cover though which doesn't wash very well, it is hard to get it back onto the pillow after washing so I'd recommend perhaps getting a seperate pillow case if you decide on a half moon design.

I think it was from Debenhams carol.
I will take a look on Wednesday for you, and get back to you.
I threw the packaging away, but I will know when I see it.
