Salmon tagliatelli today with peppers, frozen peas and a Philly/milk sauce.

I shall use the boiling liquid for soup - lentil and bacon

Ive also got a huge jug of double cream, picked up some reduced quark yesterday so will be making a Baileys cheesecake for desserts and a pile of profiteroles for the guys in work to finish up the cream

Thankfully I don't have a sweet tooth. Im happy to bake away and not tuck in myself

Now if I was at someone's house and they had gone to the bother or baking , I'd eat then

But no, I don't take dessert or pick at biscuits and cake

I used to, I could easily have demolished a packet of biscuits with a cuppa, but not anymore

It's handy actually, so many aisles in the supermarket I have no need to walk down

Chemo day today so always as a treat, Fish & Chips from the chippie!

Will order a portion of chips from the Chinese, and when home (will take Holly for a walk too), will do some bacon grill. And I have a few beans to heat up.

The rest of the chips will do for another day.

Pork strips, baked sliced potatoes and whatever vegs I have left.

I have defrosted a chicken kiev, will reheat the chips in the oven, with some grated cheese on top, and do some peas.
