Lunch...I had some grapes (green seedless ones) with two easy peeler oranges.

Dinner...homemade soup (celery/ redpepper/ carrot/ veg stock/ swede/.black peppercorn grounded and rock salt for taste.) Its delicious Ive had a quick taste

Just made some curried Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato soup with garlic, ginger, turmeric, onions, curry powder and a little cayenne pepper. Warming and heartening.

For dinner I'm putting a small lamb joint in the oven to have with plenty of fresh veg.

Whisky I find is a bit harsh on my palate darlin', so I use Brandy instead !!!
