A silly thing.
Following the cataract surgery I was given two kinds of drops to be administered four times a day for four weeks. I was given a little booklet with a chart on the back to record the administration of drops.

It covered TWO days!
So I made my own in Excel. For the duration. Simple. Do one day, copy with a little bit of arithmetic and you get a whole month with dates and times.

I thought about printing it so that I could tick the boxes as I took each dose.
No point. I can do that on the spreadsheet and print it when I am done to keep a hard copy record record.

Smouldering charcoal where there should have been toast!
