But basically I find sandisk are best and I’d suggest 64 will be more than large enough

This is what I often use

I just bought a few micro USB to Standard USB A female connectors about 60mm long then you can use a standard USB thumb drive to plug into your phone or tablet. They are only about a $1 from China post free (Sometimes they are referred to as an OTG cable "On The Go" - god knows why?)
