Wrong on all points. For once, please, please, look up your facts before you spout rubbish.

Googled:
the ECB holds the exclusive right to authorise the issuance of*euro banknotes. Member states can issue*euro coins, but the amount must be authorised by the ECB beforehand (upon the introduction of the euro, the ECB also had exclusive right to issue coins).[21]

What's in it for you Solly? you seem very concerned, why not just let us f**k up unless you think it will cause even more problems for the eurozone.

He asked you a question and you didn't answer.

You're doing a terrible job of convincing Leavers they made the wrong decision.

In fact, you are doing the polar opposite!

Nope

How can Greece print more of its euros?

It cant - it has to borrow it and that's why the eurozone is a complete disaster.

Re: EU Debt Crisis

Hi

Our own Governments published statistics show that the UK has an higher debt level than the majority of the EU.

The statistics show that we are not paying off the debt as claimed, we are continuing to borrow every year.

Look at our deficit though - that indicates how we will pay off the debts instead of paying the interest.

Then look at the deficits in the EU - remember, it was the UK, France and Germany that provided countries like Spain with their loans in the first place.

No. After the ECB allows for it, greece can print the banknotes. It is the ECB, under mandate of europarliament, considers beforehand the feasibility of such an action. The purpose is to avoid a similar situation as in 2008. The UK too benefits from this procedure.
