Depends on what time of day/night it is. After my swim I feel fine and rearing to go, hairs been washed and looking good, so no I don't look or feel my true age. But around 4am when I usually have to stagger up the hall to the toilet, well let's just say that if I came face to face with a ghost it would be the one running and shrieking not me.
