Your parliament can't agree on anything other than an extension, what do they hope to achieve with an extension? Another marginally different deal that no one in parliament will agree on?

Another election with your first past the post voting could either return the mob you have now or install Labour who seem to have no plan either.

No... you're stuffed!
You've missed the point that, in any forthcoming election, voters will be able to review the stance taken (in the current fracas) by the candidates and eliminate those who appear to be against what they want.

I'd hope to be able get my rep de-selected.

No, Solasch the vote against no deal wasn't binding. No deal is still (the best) an option.

Re: Whats Next for Brexit ?

Not necessarily Solasch, if, as has been reported, both Italy and France Veto any extension, our cowardly MP's would not DARE revoke Article 50. If they did, they will be on borrowed time, (both Tory and Labour) and they can kiss their political careers goodbye as their constituency parties will already be making out their deselection papers.

No, I honestly believe our cowardly MP's who are loving the limelight at the moment, will capitulate if an extension is vetoed, and the only choices left are to revoke A50 or just leave without a deal, will vote for the latter to save their own skins.

I think we're heading for a classic British fudge.

Just wrap it all up in the Union flag and everyone will be happy.

Makes you proud to be British!

Better say thank you to him. Otherwise May would have brought back her deal for twice daily vote.

Let's see if Bercow continues his hypocritical self serving agenda and allows the Withdrawal Treaty to be voted on again.

Even if it is to be voted on, it will bomb for a third time.

The MP's already got themselves off the hook because they all voted in favour of leaving with a deal (even if it is not legally binding). They have their excuse ... even though nobody will take them seriously.

So, March 29 hopefully we leave with no deal and all the treaturous bastrds that tried to screw the people and their democratic decision will be out of a job. History's list of all those names can then be a constant reminder of what happens if anyone tries this stunt again.

It would be a nice gesture for the people to write the template for their resignations.

Re: Whats Next for Brexit ?

Its got a little more worrying now. Apparently T May has said to the EU that her deal will go through and not only that but Mexico will pay for it.
