I'm not sure Lynny. He was a rescue cat. Why someone abandoned him I've no idea. He's a beautiful tabby cat and very docile.We looked at different breeds on the internet and think he's very like an English Tabby Cat. Definitely seems to have some pedigree in him.
He's a good cat but does have a tendency to try and sharped his claws on our new carpets.
He has a scratching post but ignores that. I've always had ginger cats in my life and its strange to have one this colour - mackerel striped.
Had a scare last year when he went missing for a couple of days. He's not a cat for going very far so I feared the worse. I was on the verge of putting up posters when one night when I couldn't sleep, I came downstairs, opened the back door and in he walked as if nothing had happened.
He's never told me where he went!!

I befriended a recently widowed lady down our street, and did some odd jobs for her, she was the custodian of a dog and a cat, and I told the wife what the situation was. She is very trusting, but she said to me, Paul, I don't mind you fussing her dog, but I don't want you stroking her pussy.

Morning All.Woke to beautiful sunshine this am. Hopefully we are in for a good day weather wise.
Off out to a garden and hobbycraft centre today. Jennifer, my daughter, needs some more wool for her crochet. Will probably take lunch out too.

Hello Lynny ... hello worldI'm UP and have had my porridge.
D has been out briefly and the cat flap is now shut because E is not allowed out without me for the time being cos she's not too brainy.
Too cold for them to want to be out anyway so I'm thankful for that.
