I rarel go to bed before 1.30am and thats if I am working. If no work the next day its about 2-3am. Get up about 8-8.30am. I dont need anymore than 5 hours. Even going to bed at 2-3am I will lie awake until 4am or after. Wrecks me when I am at work the next day. When I am at work I get up at 6.15am. Really disastrous when you are lying awake hour after hour and cant sleep.12-01-2010, 07:23 PM

What a day, . . what a day, . . me back's aching from the pickaxe work today trying to break up the ice, . . I noticed the council has hundreds of men doing the same thing, . . bad planning on the councils part for running out of salt so early.looks like it's gonna freeze tonight, . . that's all we need, . . frozen black ice, . . . the dogs aint been down the park for 2 days it's so slippery, . . they're going stir crazy, . . . lets hope we get a nice warm breeze from the Gulf, that'll melt the ice.
Anyways, . . I shall log off now and go watch some TV, . . have a restful night oFFers, . . last one out remember to turn off the lights please, . . we have to reduce our carbon footprint, . . the planet's warming up doncha know.
