I'm amazed at the amount of sleep I'm getting just now, . . I'm averaging 9 hours a night this is very unusual for me.

You're a teen-ager again Denis How great, I seem to do with 6 or 7 at the most. Sleep cycles are really strange sometimes but I never have a problem going to sleep.

I shall now shuffle off, . . not this mortal coil BTW, . . . would you believe I've put on a stone over the festive season . . I nearly fainted the other day on the scales, . . . anyways, I fasted for 24 hours and lost 7lbs

As Douglas MacArthur said in WW2 when leaving the Philippines, . . . "I shall return".

Sounds like you accomplished alot and you'll sleep well. It's 6pm and I want to eat and listen the the President's state of the union address. It's going to be a difficult one for him.

Time I hit the hay, . . I'm on late coz I've been busy with other chores and I like to do my banking on-line when it's late, . . it's the beginning of the month so financial things need updated, . . I shall now go and get the head down, . . see yez tomorrow, albeit a little later no doubt.

What a day, . . what a day, . . I was up early too, . . the dogs are all in the land of nod, . . lazy sods, . . I shall soddoff and join them in a bit, . . I loved hearing Mr Brown give it what-for on TV today, . . he's in top form just now and he's giving the Cameron clan a sore head.

Wonder what the weather will be like tomorrow ? . . probably like today's, . . still, . . spring's just round the corner and summer's not far off either.
