her quick reply

"called ego. just go in eciggie shop & buy cheapo battery ( which come in different patterns/colours/sizes) the glass chamber thingy that you squirt the liquid into & the liquid is 3 for £10 locally or 5 for £10 add little charger & total cost about £25 & lasts weeks! .....taste good too - especially the fruity minty ones "

I guess once you've bought the necessary it will last a while, people choose to use them because they save quite a lot of money compared to buying cigarettes so for them it has to be about cost as well as a safer alternative

I'm now in the 2nd week of trying to give up smoking again but this time without using any artificial means to do so.

I've noticed quite a difference this time and I'm not sure why but it could simply be the fact that I am far more determined this time.

I know that sounds a bit odd but my past attempts recently were half-hearted but my wife's been a non-smoker for over 4 months now so I have more of an incentive to do the same as it's me that should give up the most as I am asthmatic.

The only time I'm having a bit of anxiety is if I have a pint at the pub for some reason; habit more than likely but I'll get over that soon I hope. stevmk2
