Breast milk....don't get me started

It's a fitness thing with me, Artangel. I take protein shakes so the skimmed milk with half water is necessary. I much prefer regular milk in coffee (but I only go as far as semi-skimmed).

We always have semi-skimmed milk. I only like a drop in my tea and coffee, I dislike milky drinks, or milk on its own.

Green top for me,only have it on my cereal now,or very rarely in a cup of tea,drink mostly black coffee.

Haven't tried that. How much do you need for a latte?

We always have the blue top full fat but with not too many carbs. Our cholesterol levels are both below 4

Mags, I have Alpro Soya too, but not the light.

I go through a pint of semi skimmed a week, just for my cuppas.

Always Blue top, the other is too watery. I listened to a talk from a man from the cheese makers society, he said that there is no goodness at all in skimmed milk and little in semi skimmmed
