It's a fitness thing with me, Artangel. I take protein shakes so the skimmed milk with half water is necessary. I much prefer regular milk in coffee (but I only go as far as semi-skimmed).
Always Blue top, the other is too watery. I listened to a talk from a man from the cheese makers society, he said that there is no goodness at all in skimmed milk and little in semi skimmmed
