Good morning folks, dry and mild still here, I really could get used to this...

Nothing much planned yet, just a take it as it comes day I guess. We had the first fireworks of the season going off last night but isn't there three weeks yet to bonfire night? More money than sense I'd say..

Everything they do today Barry is too early, we will be having Fireworks probably this week and it will carry on until after Fireworks day.

Its dry and mild here. Off to see my Mum soon.

Good morning Barry and all members, a cool day in prospect, so im off to the art club to try and resurrect a flagging interest, and i rejoined the photography club last night, so as to have excuses to get out during the winter months.

May attend a lecture on pollination tonight at my Natural History Society.

Good morning,
I'm sitting in my daughter's house waiting for someone to come and measure a couple of Windows they are having replaced. I hope it won't be long because I want to get home to make a cake for the cake sale tomorrow at the cancer charity shop where I am a volunteer. I can't make it this afternoon because I shall be working at the shop then. And I'd rather not have to do it this evening.

Good morning fellow members a lovely sunny morning, what a great autumn it has been so far with hardly any heating required.

Lots to do, my son is coming for lunch today and anticipating some home made olive bread so I better get on and make it.

buenas dias all. So it´s you people in UK who have pinched our sun ! Yesterday we had the first real rain since I can´t remember when. We had a really tremendous thunderstorm and torrential downpour, which as usual flooded many parts of the roads and turned the roads into mini rivers. Today it is grey, damp and very still, warm and humid, more rain on the way perhaps, but it is desperately needed.

I´m off out shortly, pick up my friend and for the first time, in what seems like months, but is only weeks, we are hoping for a "normal" Friday, lunch, some shopping and a good catch up.

I´ve also just received some photos of little Busen (my deceased friend´s dog) enjoying his new life in Finland, he certainly looks well and happy playing ball with 15 month old Emely.
