I suspect people are missing the point that monetary notes and stamps are worth a ton of money if they are incorrectly printed.

Here the guy was making a prank, but it could have been quite feasible for the note to be genuinely printed upside down. i.e. When rotating the note horizontally the pictures wouldn't be the same way up on both sides.
