Anyone have any gigs/concerts lined up for this year?

I enjoy seeing various bands, singers and other musical events. At the moment, these are on my agenda for the rest of 2017:

March -
Black Kes - Hull Adelphi (performing David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust" album on skiffle instruments!)

July
Jeff Lynne's ELO - Hull KCom Stadium

August
Joanne Shaw-Taylor - Cottingham Folk Festival (Britain's best new blues guiatrist)

October
The Australian Pink Floyd - Leeds Arena

November
Heaven 17, Blancmange - Hull Welly Club
'Beautiful' The Carole King musical - Hull New Theatre

Looking for some other big name bands you can recommend if poss?

I've been to see 'Sunny Afternoon' and 'Sister Act' so far this year - both at the Theatre Royal Nottingham.

I'm going to see The Overtones next week at Warner and an Elton John tribute at Skegness in September.

I dare say I'll be going to lots more.
Going to the theatre is the thing I enjoy more than anything.

I'm not a great fan of musicals myself, Carol, but I do have tickets for the Carole King musical which I'm really looking forward to.
I did see Guys And Dolls a few years ago. Sadly, it was one of Patrick Swayze's last performances before he passed away.

We go to the Sussex Christian festival in the summer, some lovely musical acts and singers there, also if cliff does a concert this year I'd like to get to it, just show he still has support, he does a great show too.

Nates going to Glastonbury and reading festivals, I miss those days but I can't manage all that mud and dirty loos these days.
