The irony of it all.

Since we voted to leave Europe back in 2016, the remainer's biggest 'argument' has been that leavers didn't know what they were voting for. Following three and a half years of total carp, we now have a general election and guess what? Most people don't know who or what they are voting for.

Oh the irony.

Oh the irony.

We have a slightly different angle on things up here Longdogs. I and most people I know are voting to stay in the UK.

That's good news to me. I wouldn't want Scotland to leave the UK either.

Me too.
We have relatives in Scotland, including Marge's aunt and uncle in Renfrew. We and they visit each other from time to time and I'm sure we'd both prefer not to mess about with passports and even visas!

In fact, I'm sure the Scots who do not want to leave the UK are in a clear majority.

I see the SNP as a bit like the Labour Party: the party just for certain lefty-loonies who perhaps see their future nation in ruins for their own personal benefit.

Re: The irony of it all.

The dilemma which we all should consider (IMHO!!) is whether our views have been based on national pride or pure, unadulterated jingoism.
