Not sure, Mups, as I don't use them to carry things home in - just for keeping loose vegs separate - then I put them into large shopping bags or my sholley if it is a big shopping trip. Since the farm shop closed I go into to town to the market for my vegs and just hand two or three to the stall holders to fill.
