OMG 242 new deaths within the last 24 hours ? I am starting to think it may be time to hoard food and hide out. I am most worried about those cases which have slipped between the cracks and they are further spreading this virus.
Thing is its a flu like virus and lots of people die of flu each year.
The ones that mainly die are the elderly ( that’s us ) and the vulnerable .
The rest recover .

The province now includes "clinically diagnosed cases" in the number of confirmed cases.
This means it includes those showing symptoms, and having a CT scan showing an infected lung, rather than relying only on the standard nucleic acid tests.
Nucleic acids are the biopolymers, or small biomolecules, essential to all known forms of life. The term nucleic acid is the overall name for DNA and RNA.
A nucleic acid test (NAT) is a technique used to detect a particular nucleic acid sequence and thus usually to detect and identify a particular species or subspecies of organism, often a virus or bacteria that acts as a pathogen in blood, tissue, urine, etc.
