Seems to be the case for nearly all prisoners who are released early. Having seen "justice" prevail during sentencing, they then have it cast aside later.

I'm afraid we never learn.

Be soft with criminals and you encourage them to continue their life of crime.

No it wasn't.
It was designed to pamper to snowflakes who think more about the perceived victimisation of others rather than thinking of the victims themselves.

When more concern is shown to a murderer and their rights than is shown to the family of the murdered victim you must see that to be true?

Hopefully we are seeing the beginning of a correction whereby those guilty of crimes are punished appropriately and the victims & families needs take precedence, not those of the perpetrator.
