Well we cannot meet our older or younger sleves, because the physics does not allow you to be in two places at the same time.
You could, if you had children and they stayed on Earth when you took off, return to meet your grandchildren, who would be older than you.
That would be weird.
You cannot change history either, but you could change the future.
All this goes out of the door however if we find that the Fith Dimension exists, because then we would have to rewrite the rules.
