Gravitational Waves.

The last of Einsteins unverified predictions is set to be announced shortly. Cataclysmic cosmic events can send gravitational waves throughout the universe.

It's a shame mankind can't get along without wars. Just think what achievements there could be if all that money and effort went into peaceful pursuits.

Re: Gravitational Waves.

Einstein explained his gravitational wave theory quite simply. The universe is like a pond. These waves travel throughout the universe, like the circular waves that expand out by the pebble center point that was thrown into that pond

Re: Gravitational Waves.

Hi

A great announcement.

The next thing is the hunt for the Graviton, the postulated gravity particle.

This the main focus of CERN at the moment.

If it is found, we will be a lot further forward.

The Graviton can only exist in a Fifth Dimension, so if we do find it, it opens up a whole new ball game.

It's because it's who we are OG, it will bring about our demise in the end.

I don't think we realise how insignificant we are in comparison to the universe.
