I will list some hosting sites.
Or simply Google what you are looking for adding the word Gifs. Click on images, choose one you like and click on it, it will take you to the hosting site.
I then open the image in a new tab, copy the code and post exactly as you post any picture.

I hope this thread helps those that have difficulty posting them.

Let me make it easy for you.
Click on the link
http://www.animatedimages.org/
In the search bar, I put cake.
Choose an image that you like, and click on it.
Ignore all the complicated stuff, go down the page and you will see the last code URL: (direct URL to the image)
Click copy.
In the envelope, in this reply, you will see insert image.
DELETE the http:// and paste the code.
Preview post and then submit.

The only problems I have posting are my Google Photos which is strange as it's exactly the same way I would post a gif or a picture of something.

But my photos...some can see them, others not.

It's free and download them to that site.
It really is easy.
