Bruce, Elderly stranger’s will also say, ‘How old do you think l am?’ That makes it awkward as you don’t want to be wrong and insult them!

I don't mind telling people my age I have been 33 for decades.

I'm the opposite I try stay away from the age question...maybe I will think differently as I get older...Hope not though
