Where is It?

Is there an easy way of finding a thread I have posted on?
I mean after it has dropped from the latest thread section of the home screen.
Really losing patience with it now.

Hi Tregonsee

Go to Your Profile

>>> Scroll down and on the left you will see "Find all posts by Tregonsee" and "Find all threads by Tregonsee"

You will be able to find all your posts there.

Tregonsee, look at the top of the page and you will see a heading "Your Profile", click on that and open the new page.
Ont he left hand side of this page it will say in Red printing - Send a message/All posts by you/All threads by you.

Click on the "All Threads" title and you should find what you want - although I think it may depend on how far you want to go back.

Whoops, time I had written this I see Mags has already explained.

Re: Where is It?

Hi Tregonsee the easiest way to find threads you have posted in is to go to your profile page and go to the list on the left hand side where it says 'Find all posts by Tregonsee'. The same applies to threads.

You can also subscribe to a thread by scrolling down under a post when you reply to where it says 'Manage Subscription' then check your subscriptions in your User control panel .

That is not an easy way.
Most forums have My Thread and My Posts.

It is easy Tregonsee, just click on your name and it will take you straight to your profile page where you will see a link to all the posts and all the threads you have made.

I am afraid I don't understand why that is easier than using the menu above - hovering over Search until the sub menu comes up then either clicking on Your Threads or Your Subscribed Threads.

Surely your way involves at least an extra step? Or am I missing something?
