Everybody gets off days Rhian, don't worry about it

Don't force it.
Make a nice meal, have a drink, watch some crap tv (or Vanity Fair, which is superb) and go to bed early xx

Yes, also watch, ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’ it is really funny this week with the presenters off ‘The Great British Bake Off’. I absolutely love Noel Fielding. I think he is so funny!

I seem to get more and more of those as time goes on at least today I got off my arse and painted the fence

It's not so bad once you start is it and of course you don't feel so guilty when you are back on the sofa with the lap top.

It’s just getting that initial bit of energy to move, as you say once you get going it is fine

Now I need to get up make a lasagne

I'd have given good money to have painted a fence today!
Alas mine are new and "treated" !
