One million pound note

yes it is true, announced today by the bank of England.
They have just announced they have produced the first ever
£1m note.
It is claimed if it is successful they might make another.

Wasn't there a film about a million pound note. Was it James Stewart? I seem to remember the guy had to spend it before he could inherit from a will or something. But he kept getting stuff for free as everyone thought he was rich.
