That's what's wrong with his leg in that other thread Rhian! It's a chicken's!

Hi

Physiological me is a disaster at the moment, stops me doing so many things.

The rest is fine, just got to get myself sorted.

Gyming starts Monday, all under supervision, aim to beat them in a Month.

I am of course lying to them, doing far more at home than they want.

I am absolutely determined to get my fit to fly.

I have my own heart monitor, not being stupid, stop when it bleeps.

One size does not however fit all.
