I am usually up and out for walk by 5:30am - sometimes pop in here first - sometimes later. I like to do whatever chores need to be done and out of the way - then shower and breakfast - and the rest of the day is mine to play with!

Breakfast around 0700, wash, shave & stuff. Big mug of freshly brewed coffee around 0900, ready to go at about 1000.

Although the time shown on the post always shows an hour later than on my computer screen!
This morning I posted at 06.45am on the 'Good Morning Friday!' thread, although the time on that post showed 07.45am!
