Bit surprised, if not.
No not aware. when you think of it there are lots of great classic Sci-Fi novels and series that they could have made films of. I particularly like E.E.Doc.Smith's Skylark series when I was younger. Good fun.

Of course they did make a film of Isaac Asimov's I-Robot didn't they which was pretty good.

Well on par with a Space Odyssey.

A bit better than the Space Odyssey... but both brillent
