I suppose it's all relative.If you're used to having millions, getting down to the last few must make you feel poorer.
I know some of my family think that if I say I have no money it means I'm down to my last £10,000, when in fact I'm down to my last couple of pounds.
My sister thinks she's poor because a lot of her money is overseas.
Best to take no notice or it will make you angry

I believe he has been married 4 times - so far.

Look at Elvis. He earned millions and gave much of it away or wasted it. But could he have ever lived a normal life broke? His life was a tragedy.It's tougher for celebrities because everyone knows who they are. The way they work they have to make the money stretch between projects and some are better at that than others. When they are no longer able to work because of illness or reduced popularity their lives can implode taking them from a high to a real low.
