Bury it deep. We have plenty of disused mine shafts in stable geological sites.
Encase the waste in glass and steel (as we have always done) and lower it down the mine shafts.

'Renewable' sources of energy can not provide all the power we need, particularly for industry. Coal has effectively been 'outlawed' (though not in other countries, including Germany), so we have a clear choice:

make greater use of nuclear power,
restore the use of coal, or
go back to horses and carts and wood fires!
