Nope. still in isolation.

I am very vulnerable.

I have online exercises, but very much down to me to decide what I can and cannot do.

I would imagine the everyday tasks that we take for granted must be so difficult for you Swim. It sounds like you are making a good improvement though, and it won't be long before you can return to doing those forty pressups again each morning....Take care Swim and keep safe....
