I've found a learning a breathing technique has helped me, there are several if you google them and it took time to find what worked best for me. Now if I feel a panic attack coming I do my breathing and it really does help ward it off. You can do others for anxiety too which have helped me get out of the house more. Still can't go with out a human or doggy companion but I am getting better at voluntarily going out.Re: Anxiety and depression

I have suffered anxiety many times in my life and i.vectried different methods of coping, including a course of medication which I might add helped me tremendously.Re: Anxiety and depression
