I'm to get 2 units of blood which will take 4 hours to infuse. Was told this ages ago but it still hasn't started.

Went on to Argos website and bought a rechargeable Braun wet/dry shaver. £50, which I thought was reasonable. I was getting frustrated with expensive wet blades not lasting long. It gets delivered between 2:44 and 4:44.

I agree that was reasonable for the razor.

Some movement today; I've to go over to the other hspitaovti have my veine checked out. I may need a temporary line put into my neck.

Edit: I'm at the other hospital now, just waiting.

I look strange with two canulas sticking out of my neck, plugged into my jugular, but the procedure was painless, my anxiety dissipated once they started. They talked to me throughout which helped greatly.

Tomorrow morning I have to come back for harvesting which will take 4 hours and they may not get enough blood cells in the one go, so I could be here on Thursday as well.
