Pauline, l use Tetley tea bags. I always thought Typhoo tea was the strongest?

Have you got one of these tea bag squeezers? Someone bought one for me and it’s great at getting the strength you want in a short time.

Pauline, You have to keep prodding with a spoon and sometime the tea bag escapes. At least with a tea squeezer it’s held firm.

Don't suppose you've tried loose tea and a strainer, and possibly create your own blend?

An infuser ball or wand would allow you to steep the leaves for as long as you like.

Whittards isn't a supermarket, they're individual shops and sell coffee beans, teas, crockery sometimes. If you're in the UK you should find them in most shopping arcades. Google your nearest shop.

Try putting 5 bags in your cup of supper hot water ) and then add a teaspoon of Marmite.
